Rustam S. has extensive experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies. Rustam started their career at TaxNet in 2007 as a Software Support Engineer and progressed to become a Senior .NET Developer. From there, they moved on to work as a Senior .NET Developer at BARS Group, where they contributed to the development of a government web application. Rustam then joined Elar Corporation as a Lead .NET Developer, where they played a key role in designing and building a system for storing and searching scanned documents from the national archives. Rustam went on to work at Medialogia as a Senior .NET Developer, contributing to the development of a social media web scraping and analysis platform. In 2016, they joined Aurea Software as a Software Architect and later got promoted to Chief Software Architect, where they created solutions architecture and designs for enterprise-scale software solutions. Rustam also qualified and got hired by Crossover for Work, working remotely for Aurea Software.

Rustam S. completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in IT management from Moscow Business School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from Kazan State Technical University (KSTU-KAI) from 2004 to 2010. In 2013, they attended Specialist Bauman Moscow State Technical University, and in 2009, they attended IT-Academy.
