Aaron Traylen

Aaron Traylen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital enablement and technology integration within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at buildingSMART Australasia and an Honorary Industry/Professional Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney, Aaron also holds the position of Director of Digital Enablement at Aurecon, where strategic initiatives in digital mobilization services are led. Co-founding Utopia Digital Group, Aaron has contributed to the development of the world's first no-code Common Data Environment integration platform, improving data management in projects. Previous roles include Director of Digital Mobilisation at Mott MacDonald, Digital Delivery Advisor and National Manager of Digital Project Delivery at WSP, as well as positions at ToddTek Inc. and Hatch, showcasing a robust background in technology and digital solutions in civil engineering. Aaron holds an Associate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland.
