Alon Esterman

Alon Esterman is a Portfolio Lead and Project Manager with over five years of experience in consultancy and project management. They have a background in managing civil, demolition, and infrastructure projects at Aurecon, where they led stakeholder engagement and compliance efforts. Alon has also served as the Vic/Tas Development Portfolio Lead for the Estate Works Program, managing a team of project managers and ensuring project delivery aligned with quality and program requirements. They hold a Bachelor of Applied Science in Project Management and a Diploma of Building and Construction from RMIT University. Prior to their consultancy roles, Alon was a Store Manager at Gefen Liquor Store from 2014 to 2020.
