Amanda Pearce is the national Defence Design Deputy Lead at Aurecon, bringing over a decade of experience in the Defence industry following a successful tenure as a Structural Engineer on major projects like Perth Arena and Brookfield Place. As a Chartered Professional Structural Engineer, Amanda has received recognition including the Young Professional Engineer of the Year in Western Australia and the Design Innovation award from NAWIC. Dedicated to fostering the development of future engineers, Amanda actively volunteers to support women and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds in engineering. Currently, Amanda is a WA Advisory Board Member for the Women in Defence Association and is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at The University of Western Australia.
