Anne Williams is a passionate leader in power transmission and distribution, specializing in transmission line design since 2004. As Principal at Aurecon, Anne has made significant contributions to high-voltage systems, including the design of a 220 kV double-circuit transmission line in Tasmania and expertise in underground cable routes in Sydney. Recognized as one of the Top 30 Most Innovative Engineers by Engineers Australia in 2018, Anne focuses on key projects like EnergyConnect and HumeLink while mentoring the next generation of lines engineers. Anne holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Science with Honours and a University Medal from The University of New South Wales, along with a Master of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering.
