Brierley Smith

Brierley Smith is a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Aurecon since March 2016, where responsibilities include designing fire protection systems for bulk fuel storage terminals across multiple countries and managing multidisciplinary projects in the fuel and manufacturing sectors. Prior experience includes a Product Design Summer Intern position at Pacific Helmets (NZ) Ltd, where design and fabrication of production jigs and testing rigs were undertaken, and a Summer Intern role at Ali Arc Industries focused on fabricating heavy truck and light commercial vehicle products. Brierley holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Mechatronics from The University of Auckland, completed in 2015.
