Charles Low

Charles Low is a highly experienced Technical Director in Geotechnical Engineering at Aurecon since October 2021, with over 30 years in the field. Prior to this role, Charles served at WSP in Australia for over a decade, holding positions as Senior Principal Geotechnical Engineer and Principal Geotechnical Engineer, alongside experience at CHEC Construction as a Project Manager. Diverse project experience encompasses planning, design, construction supervision, and project management across civil and geotechnical engineering sectors, covering a variety of projects including piling, foundations, roads, bridges, and marine works in Australia and internationally, specifically in Malaysia and Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Civil & Geotechnical Engineering from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Adelaide, and a Certificate in Japanese Studies from Osaka University of Foreign Studies.
