Clare Walker

Clare Walker is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resource management across various regions and industries. Currently serving as the People Manager for Advisory ANZ at Aurecon since November 2014, Clare has focused on developing HR strategies, cultural diagnostics, talent management, and overseeing operational HR activities. Previous roles include People Business Partner for Queensland and Northern Australia, and for Western Australia and Northern Territories, where Clare drove initiatives in talent management and diversity. Clare's career includes a contract role at Rio Tinto, positions at Fonterra, and HR-related roles at London South Bank University and University of Canterbury. Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Canterbury and is certified in Prosci Change Management.
