Damon Howes

Damon Howes is the Managing Director for Defence and National Security at Aurecon, where they focus on collaboration to enhance infrastructure outcomes across the Defence estate. With over 30 years of experience in team building and results delivery, they began their career as an Army Officer and held various senior roles in the Defence, Infrastructure, Mining, and Services sectors. Damon possesses two Masters degrees—an MBA and a Masters in Defence Studies—and has previously led teams at JLL and BAE Systems Australia. Their commitment to making a positive difference is evident in their work with diverse stakeholders and in fostering a results-driven culture.
