Declan Barrett is a Principal in Buildings Structures at Aurecon, where they lead exceptional global teams in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East to design large and complex multidisciplinary projects. With experience as a part-time lecturer at GMIT and roles including Associate Structural Engineer at both John Britton Consulting Engineers and StrongForce Post Tensioning, Declan has cultivated a deep engagement with clients to drive innovative design solutions. They currently study machine learning and artificial intelligence while maintaining a passion for the digitization and automation of engineering processes.
