Gillian Forde

Gillian Forde serves as the Operations Director for Aurecon in Western Australia and Northern Territory, where responsibilities include driving business performance and ensuring quality project delivery across multiple markets. With previous roles as the Buildings Leader and Technical Director for the Buildings Structures Practice, Gillian has focused on team health, safety, and successful client outcomes. Additionally, Gillian has held the position of Non Executive Director and Chair of the Commercial Services Advisory Committee at RugbyWA, promoting rugby union across the state. Gillian's engineering career began as a Junior Engineer at McElroy Associates, progressing through various roles at White Young Green and Robert Bird Group, culminating in leadership positions prior to current endeavors at Aurecon. Academic qualifications include a BE (Hons) in Structural Engineering from Technological University Dublin and participation in the Aurecon Design Academy.
