Jane Henley

Jane Henley is a multifaceted leader dedicated to transforming the building and construction sector. With a career spanning both public and private sectors, Jane has developed strategies and led change in complex organizations while managing a multicultural team across eight countries. Currently, as the Innovation Lead at Aurecon, Jane focuses on integrating modern methods of construction and digital transformation to enhance productivity. Jane also served as the past president and chair of the Global Buildings Performance Network and founded the New Zealand Green Building Council. With both a Bachelor's degree from the University of Otago and an MBA from MIT, Jane continues to drive innovation and efficiency within the industry.
