John Hardcastle

John Hardcastle is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Communications Executive at ENGINEroam since August 2022, John is focused on innovation and overcoming challenges. Prior to this role, John has been with Aurecon since 2007 in various capacities, including Internal Communications & Engagement Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing global internal communications and advising senior leaders. Earlier in the career, John was the Director of Hardcastle Communication, providing consultancy in communications and public relations from 1997 to 2007. Experience also includes serving as Group Editor at Connection Magazines and as a Territory Manager for Lindemans Wines Pty Ltd. Academic qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Professional Writing & Editing from RMIT and a VCE from Vermont High School.
