Lesa Delaere

Lesa Delaere is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as Technical Director - Dams at Aurecon since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lesa held the position of Technical Director - Water Resources Advisory at SLR Consulting for a brief period in 2021, where Lesa praised the supportive team environment. From January 2002 to April 2021, Lesa worked at GHD Pty Ltd as Technical Director for Dams and South Queensland Service Group Manager, overseeing a substantial team of engineers and technical experts specializing in tailings dams, large water dams, tunnels, and geotechnical engineering. Lesa holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2001, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Charles Sturt University.
