Lilly Shen is a strategic and operational leader with over 20 years of experience in the mining, energy, and oil and gas sectors. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Adelaide, Lilly has previously held key roles, including Industry Leader – Resources at Aurecon and Engineering Manager at Origin Energy. With a strong focus on business transformation, Lilly has led significant capital and operational programs and major international projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the entire asset lifecycle. As a Board Director and Committee Leader, Lilly excels in collaborating with diverse teams across multiple countries and addressing complex challenges in dynamic environments.
