Luke Leadbetter

Luke Leadbetter has over 9 years of experience in the Defence sector, having served as an Army Officer and Engineer. Currently, they are a Senior Consultant at Aurecon, where they manage projects within Defence's Estate Works Program and engage with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Previously, Luke held roles as a Troop Commander and Reconnaissance and Operations Officer in the Australian Army, leading construction efforts and planning military engineering tasks. Luke obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from UNSW Canberra and is pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management at the same institution.
