Matilda Thomas-Smith

Matilda Thomas-Smith is an accomplished professional in project management and program advisory, currently serving as Manager of Program Performance and PDS Delivery Portfolio Lead for Victoria at Aurecon since December 2018, overseeing a $50 million portfolio in Defence Project Delivery Services. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Program Advisory at Aurecon and a Project Coordinator in the Built Environment at Cracks in the Wall, where responsibilities included site visits, report proofreading, and drafting designs.
