Matthew Searle

Matthew Searle is a seasoned professional in the infrastructure advisory sector, currently serving as Principal at Aurecon since November 2018. Prior to this role, Matthew held various key positions at Arup from August 2008 to November 2018, including Associate - Advisory Services and Senior Management Consultant. Earlier in his career, Matthew worked as Sales and Marketing Manager at CST Composites and as Marine Projects Manager and Composite Engineer at Gurit. Matthew obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton, where studies took place from 1995 to 1999.
