Melanie Waanders is an Organisational Development Specialist with extensive experience in cultural change, respect at work initiatives, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Currently serving as the Inclusion & Diversity Manager at Aurecon, Melanie's past roles include leading the Respect@Work program at Newmont Corporation and Newcrest Mining, where they implemented significant initiatives to foster a respectful workplace culture. With a dual degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Deakin University, Melanie is skilled in building authentic relationships across various organizational levels and is committed to creating inclusive environments where individuals feel valued and empowered.
