Melvin Torres is an Electrical Engineering graduate from New Era University, with a substantial background in transportation and signaling systems. Starting as a Project Engineer at Extinguished Inc. from January 2020 to July 2021, Melvin contributed to the MRT3 Rehabilitation Project, focusing on signaling system upgrades. Following that, Melvin served as a Jr. Signalling Engineer at Hyundai Rotem, working on the MRT7 Project's signaling system from July 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Melvin holds the position of Jr. Design Engineer at Alstom, engaged in the LRT-1 Cavite Extension Project, and has recently transitioned to Aurecon as an Engineer in Integrated Transport and Mobility in July 2024.
