Mostafa Baghersad

Mostafa Baghersad, PhD, is a Senior Water Engineer at Aurecon, where they focus on water resources engineering and resilience. With extensive experience in disaster management and construction management, they previously held roles as a Water and Disaster Management Specialist with TNA and in various capacities within Tehran's disaster mitigation organizations. Mostafa has also taught at multiple universities, including NorthTec and Massey University. They earned a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Auckland and a Master's degree in Natural Disaster Management from the University of Tehran.
