Nathan King has over a decade of experience in avionics and systems engineering, starting as an Avionics Technician with the Royal New Zealand Air Force from May 2008 to March 2016, where responsibilities included maintaining complex electronic and electrical systems of aircraft. Following this role, Nathan served as a Flight Simulator Technician at Martin Aircraft Company, developing a high-fidelity flight simulator for Jetpack pilot training from March 2016 to October 2017. Nathan then joined Beca as a Systems Engineer from October 2017 to July 2022, working on large systems engineering projects. Currently, Nathan is employed as a Systems Engineer at Aurecon while pursuing a Master's in Systems Engineering at UNSW, having previously earned a Master's in Business Administration from Massey University and a Certificate in Aeronautical Engineering (Avionics) from NMIT.
