Noni Blake has extensive experience in the civil engineering and CAD fields, starting as a Senior Road Drafter and NSW CAD Manager at Connell Wagner from 1988 to 2006, where duties included drawing and managing projects for the Road team. Noni transitioned to Aurecon in 2013, serving as a ProjectWise Trainer and Lead Tracer, and later took on roles such as Design Technologies Support Lead and ACC & BIM 360 Account Administrator, ultimately becoming the ANZ CADD Leader within the Integrated Project Delivery Services team. Noni completed an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering at TAFE NSW between 1989 and 1992.
