Richard Stepniewski

Richard Stepniewski is the Principal Owner at Rail Training and Assessment Services, where they develop and deliver railway signalling training courses and conduct competency assessments. They also serve as the Manager of Railway Signalling NSW at Aurecon, focusing on supporting the RailCorp Programme Alliance and other rail authorities across Australia. Previously, Richard held several notable positions, including Business Development Manager for Railway Signalling at UGL Rail and NSW State Manager Signalling at Alstom Australia. They contributed to the profession as Chair of IRSEA PEC and began their career as a Rail Signal Engineer at GEC Digital. Richard earned a BSc in Electronics from Salford University.
