Rob Ferguson has extensive experience in engineering and project management, beginning as a Site/Project Engineer at SWR Engineers from March 1991 to June 1999. Ferguson has held various leadership roles, including Design Manager and Risk Manager at Lendlease from September 2013 to May 2015, and Design Manager at both Abigroup Contractors Pty Limited from March 2007 to September 2013 and Hyder Consulting from October 2000 to October 2001. Additional positions include Senior Design Manager and Business Development Manager at Jacobs from June 2016 to September 2021, as well as Operations & Development Manager at Westlink Motorway Limited from February 2004 to February 2007.
