Ruth Garner

Ruth Garner is the National Quality and Compliance Manager of Aurecon's award-winning Training & Development team, specializing in vocational education and training within the Electrical Supply Industry. With experience in managing RTO compliance against the VET Quality Framework, Ruth oversees quality control of training materials and supports clients with competency mapping and frameworks. Prior to this role, Ruth worked as an Administration Officer at Hillsong International Leadership College and Wormald, where they handled student enrollments and training coordination. Ruth has been with Aurecon since 2008, contributing significantly to training and compliance initiatives across the energy sector.
