Shichen Yang

Shichen Yang is a skilled Power System Engineer currently employed at Aurecon since June 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Laboratory Demonstrator and Academic Tutor at RMIT University from February 2019 to June 2024 and as a Tutor for Private Tutoring from February 2017 to March 2019. Shichen also worked as an Electrical Engineer at State Grid Corporation of China from August 2010 to September 2015, where responsibilities included high voltage distribution facility management, new substation installation, technical proposal development for power supply networks, and research on energy conservation. Educational qualifications include a Master of Research (MRes) in Power System Dynamic Analysis from RMIT University, expected to be completed in June 2025, and a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical from RMIT University obtained in January 2017.
