Stephanie Tranter

Stephanie Tranter is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as an Eminence and Capability Consultant at Aurecon since January 2024. Prior roles include Learning and Development Lead at Quantium, where responsibilities involved L&D advisory and the design of early talent programs. At Booking.com, Tranter held various positions, culminating as Learning and Development Project Manager, overseeing initiatives and programs, including a global mentorship program and technical onboarding redesign.
