Steve Cutting

Steve Cutting is a highly experienced Technical Director at Aurecon, where since May 2003, management of a consulting engineering team has been a key responsibility, focusing on design and operations support for local sugar mills, mines, ports, and industrial businesses in Mackay. Prior to this role, Steve served as Engineering Manager at CSR Distilleries from July 1998 to May 2003, overseeing capital projects and operational aspects of an ethanol distillery and biofertilizer plant. From January 1995 to July 1998, Steve was the Chief Engineer at CSR Ord Sugar Mill, managing the capital and operational activities related to a new sugar mill. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from the University of Southern Queensland, a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Design from the University of Central Queensland and the University of Technology Sydney respectively, complemented by a Senior Certificate from Ingham High.
