Steve Williams

Steve Williams is an experienced professional in the hydraulics and plumbing industry, currently serving as the NZ Lead for Hydraulics at Aurecon since March 2022. Previously, Steve held the position of Associate Director at Blueprint Hydraulics from September 2019 to March 2022, and worked as an Associate at Harrison Grierson from October 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included senior hydraulic engineering and plumbing. Earlier experience includes roles as Facilities Manager at Citycare and Associate at Norman Disney & Young, overseeing section performance from feasibility to construction completion. Steve's career began in plumbing and gasfitting with Steve Williams Plumbing Ltd, a self-employed venture from 1992 to 2008, and has roots in the trade from a plumbing apprenticeship at A C Brockelsby & Co Ltd. Education was completed at Naenae College from 1973 to 1976.
