Steve Wilson is a seasoned professional in the power generation sector, currently serving as Design Director and Capability Leader for Power Generation at Aurecon since February 2016. With a focus on battery energy storage and hybrid power systems, Steve is recognized as a leading expert in business case development, project definition, procurement, and execution of large-scale battery storage projects. Prior to joining Aurecon, Steve held the position of Power Generation Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff from April 2007 to January 2010, where responsibilities included conducting concept studies and feasibility analyses for power project developments. Earlier experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Downer Energy Systems from February 2002 to March 2007, specializing in the detailed design of power plant systems for various energy projects.
