Taira Vora

Taira Vora is an Associate Director at Aurecon, where they lead the Sustainability and Climate Change team, focusing on carbon market analytics and regulatory support. With 16 years of experience in sustainability across government and the private sector, Taira has developed a strong understanding of Australia’s climate policies. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Project Officer at the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency and Assistant Manager at the Clean Energy Regulator. Taira earned multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Biophysics and Physics, and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Environment and Sustainability at the Australian National University.
