Tim Hales is an experienced project and program management leader currently serving as the Service Group Leader at Aurecon since June 2016. Overseeing a team of over 50 Project and Program Managers, Hales has directed significant projects including the Australian Centre for Disease Preparedness, CSIRO National Food Innovation Hub, and the Wantirna Aged Care Facility. Prior to Aurecon, Hales worked at Scope Global as a Contracts and Procurement Advisor, advising the Solomon Islands Government on health and infrastructure reform. Previous experience includes roles at Jacobs, SKM, and Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on defense and health projects. Hales began military service as a Major in the Royal Australian Armoured Corps, with a project management background in the Defence Materiel Organisation. Tim holds a Master of Management Studies from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Deakin University.
