Vanessa Burton

Vanessa Burton is a Senior Engineer at Aurecon since January 2024, with a background in geotechnical engineering gained through roles at Rendel Limited and Mott MacDonald. Vanessa has held various positions, including Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Assistant Engineer, specializing in geotechnical and structural design using 3D software. Additionally, Vanessa served as the Chair of the Advancing Race and Culture Network from 2021 to 2023, promoting initiatives related to race and culture within Mott MacDonald. Educationally, Vanessa holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Surrey and has experience in both academic and professional capacities, including roles as a Student Ambassador and various internships.
