Vanessa Marczan

Vanessa Marczan is an experienced professional in communications and engagement, currently serving as the HSE Culture & Engagement Manager at Aurecon since April 2023. In this role, Vanessa drives initiatives to enhance the global HSE and wellbeing culture within the organization. Prior to this, Vanessa held various positions at TAFE NSW from April 2013 to April 2023, including Communications Manager and Internal Communications Manager, where responsibilities included executing strategic communications plans and improving employee engagement. Vanessa also contributed to organizational reform as Engagement Manager and worked in media and public relations roles, focusing on reputation management and strategic communications. Early career experiences include positions at ANZ Stadium and GTD Group. Vanessa holds a Master of Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wollongong.
