Xavier Leisher

Xavier Leisher is a chartered professional mechanical engineer with expertise in mechanical infrastructure for the water and wastewater industry. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Aurecon, Xavier drives water and wastewater projects towards successful outcomes. Previously, they held roles at Beca, where they led interdisciplinary design initiatives, and at S.A.M.E. Group as Lead Mechanical Engineer, managing design and customer engagement. With a strong focus on teamwork, training, and mentoring, Xavier aims to make positive contributions in every role. They also hold a PDBA from Wits Business School.
