Zhuo Chen is a Chartered Environmental Engineer with a strong background in water/wastewater treatment, water quality management, and environmental effects assessment. They have held positions such as Principal Environmental Engineer at AECOM and Principal Engineer at Fonterra, accumulating extensive consulting experience in the planning, design, and management of environmental infrastructures.
