Phil Marsh has a diverse background in the UK distribution and transmission sectors, specializing in overhead lines, substations, and renewable energy. They began their career as a Senior Estimator at Alfred McAlpine from 2001 to 2003 and subsequently served as Business Development Director at Bethell Power Services Ltd until 2009. Following this, Phil held various estimating roles, including Head of Estimating at Amey from 2009 to 2017 and Estimating Manager at SPIE UK in 2017-2018. Phil currently serves as Head of Estimating for both Aureos and Keltbray Energy Ltd since 2018. They completed their education at Hutton Grammar School from 1987 to 1992.
