Rich Smith is a Pre Construction Director at Aureos, where they lead teams in business development, estimating, and quality submissions. With prior experience at various esteemed organizations, including Aggregate Industries UK, nmcn plc, and LafargeHolcim in the US, Rich has cultivated expertise in managing major projects and customer accounts. They are also an accomplished author, known for the award-winning children's books "When I Grow Up" and "The Big Build," which aim to inspire youth to pursue careers in construction and engineering. Currently studying for a BSc Hons in Information Management & Computing at Loughborough University, Rich remains committed to fostering relationships and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential while advocating for advancements in the construction industry.
