Bernd Schulz is an accomplished Director and Principal Consultant at Action Learning Partners (Pty) Ltd. since January 2016, specializing in enhancing organizational capability and performance. In addition, Bernd serves as a Senior Advisor for Vantage Partners' Sourcing & Supply Management Practice since January 2018 and functions as an entrepreneurial facilitator and business coach at Aurik Business Accelerator, assisting emerging entrepreneurs in achieving their business goals. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Learning and Development at Anglo American from November 2008 to June 2015, where Bernd led training initiatives for a global supply chain organization. Educational qualifications include an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa, an Honours degree in Classical Greek & Semitic Languages from the University of Pretoria, and earlier studies in Philosophy and languages at the same institution, complemented by professional coaching certification from Inner Life Skills in 2021.
