Nikki Wild, FCMA CGMA, is a Leadership and Management Development specialist with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring across various sectors. Since 2009, Nikki has led Wild Empowerment Ltd, focusing on transforming procrastination into actionable results that enhance positivity, productivity, and profitability. In addition to current roles as a Trainer and Executive Coach at FBP Academy and Head Of Business of Coaching at the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring, Nikki co-founded the M3 Job Club, providing career coaching while serving in leadership roles.
