Diana Mark

Diana Mark is a seasoned corporate governance professional and the president and owner of Greystone Corporate Services Inc., which provides corporate and regulatory services to public junior mining companies. With over 20 years of involvement in the Vancouver mining sector, Diana has held multiple roles, including Corporate Secretary at Hypercharge Networks and Aurion Resources Ltd., and acts as a consultant for Infinity Stone Ventures Corporation. Diana is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Camosun College and studying Christian Leadership at Genesis College.
