Anders Thorell

Anders Thorell has extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering, particularly in computer-aided engineering (CAE) for engine development. Currently serving as the Manager of Engine CAE Solids at Aurobay since January 2021, Thorell previously held multiple managerial and engineering roles at Volvo Cars from October 1993 to December 2020, including positions in engine design analysis and base engine technology. Thorell's career began at Volvo Trucks as a CAE Engineer from April 1989 to September 1993. Anders Thorell earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology from 1985 to 1989.
