Mike Mitchell

Mike Mitchell is an experienced leader in retail solutions and software management, currently serving as Director of Retail Solutions for North America at Auror since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mike held various directorial positions including Director of Global SaaS Software Channel at Zebra Technologies, where Mike contributed to the development of the channel partner strategy for SaaS offerings following the acquisition of Profitect, Inc. Mike has a strong background in customer relationship management, having established client partner programs at Profitect Inc. and led a global account management team at TradeStone Software. With significant experience in professional services and customer support across multiple organizations, including Tyco International and Retail Expert, Inc., Mike's career reflects a commitment to enhancing customer experiences and driving operational excellence in the retail sector.
