Tom B. is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist with extensive experience in retail crime prevention and consulting. As a Co-Founder of Harth since March 2025 and Auror since May 2012, Tom B. has played a pivotal role in enabling major retail brands, including Walmart and Coles, to combat retail crime effectively. Previous roles include Management Consultant focusing on procurement for clients such as Genesis Energy and ASB, as well as a consultant at Deloitte New Zealand specializing in strategy and operations across various sectors. Tom B. holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship with Distinction and a Bachelor of Commerce with double majors in Finance and Marketing from the University of Otago.
