Aurora Designs is a Toronto-based AI automation and implementation agency. We work with small and mid-sized businesses across Canada and the United States to identify where time and money are being lost to manual work, then build the automation and AI systems that fix it.

Every engagement starts with the AI Audit, a fixed-fee diagnostic that maps your operations, surfaces your highest-ROI automation opportunities, and gives you a clear plan with pricing. From there, we build the systems ourselves and hand them off with full documentation and training.

We've delivered work for clients in financial services, fleet management, agriculture, advisory, and other industries. Aurora was founded by Jon Black and Ariel Lobo, with backgrounds spanning Tesla, Nissan, TD Bank, Cochlear and AI Startups.
