Nick Wright serves as the People & Culture Director at Aurora Energy Research since November 2025. Wright previously held the position of People Director at Ricardo, where responsibilities included leading HR for the Clean Energy & Environmental Solutions Division and overseeing HR functions for the Rail Division across 18 countries.
