Augustus Moore

Augustus Moore is the Co-founder and COO at Aurora Insight. Augustus has over fifteen years of experience in managing contracted research and development for novel and advanced aircraft-based sensor systems. Augustus has also been a systems engineer and subcontract manager at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company. Augustus has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Augustus Moore received a type AB degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dartmouth College. Augustus then went on to receive a MEM degree in Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. Finally, Augustus Moore received a MS in Aerospace Engineering and International Security Studies from Stanford University. Augustus is also certified as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of California and Colorado and as a Private Aircraft Pilot by the Federal Aviation Administration.
