Aurora Talent Lab helps growing companies build thoughtful, long-term hiring systems — not quick fixes. We partner closely with People and HR leaders to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to how teams grow.

Nothing is off the shelf. Through a lab-inspired, collaborative approach, every engagement is built around your business, your culture, and where you're headed — designed to fit the way your team actually works.

The strongest teams aren’t built by chance. They’re shaped through intention, alignment, and a deep understanding of how people work together.

We believe hiring is as much about chemistry as it is about capability, and we design systems that support both.

Aurora Talent Lab was founded by Meghann Hanvey, a talent strategist with 15 years of experience partnering with People and HR leaders at some of the most exciting high-growth companies across tech, consumer brands, and beyond.
