Gerardo Interiano is currently the VP of Government Relations & Public Affairs at Aurora. Gerardo has also previously served as the Head of Government Relations at Aurora, as well as the Director of Business Development at LCRA and an Advisor at Aura. In 2017, Gerardo was a Presidential Leadership Scholar.

Gerardo Interiano has dedicated their career to public service and policy. Gerardo has worked on self-driving policy and ensuring self-driving vehicles are both developed and delivered to our roads safely. Gerardo has also led the business development team for Transmission Strategic Services. In addition, Gerardo has worked with Aura to help real people in communities that have been neglected, forgotten or actively exploited by predatory lenders. As a Presidential Leadership Scholar, Gerardo had the opportunity to learn first-hand from the presidential centers of George W. Bush, William J. Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Lyndon B. Johnson. The bipartisan program produces bold and principled leaders who are committed to solving our greatest challenges, both domestically and across the world.

Gerardo Interiano is a skilled leader with a passion for public policy. Gerardo has a proven track record of success in both the private and public sector, and is committed to making a positive impact in their community.

Gerardo Interiano attended The University of Texas at Austin for their undergraduate degree, where they studied economics. Gerardo then attended The University of Texas School of Law for their Juris Doctorate. Finally, they attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory.

Their manager is Chris Urmson, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Tara Green - VP, People, David Maday - SVP, Business Development, and Kendra Phillips - VP, Logistics Partner Programs & Operations.
